Canol sheeter for production facilities looking to sheet a wide range of pastries and doughs.  Suitable for shortpaste/shortbread type products as well as other non-laminated pastry, biscuit doughs, pizza dough and bread products such as flatbreads and thins.

Canol uses a traditional scraper on the bottom roller mechanism.
