Warranties

Equipment can be supplied in different conditions to suit varying production requirements and budgets;

Ex-Bakery equipment is supplied in the same condition it arrived from its previous owner. The equipment is given a basic clean and tested to be fully operational.  Machinery is supplied with a 3 months Parts warranty.

Refurbished equipment passes through our workshops and is thoroughly cleaned, fully tested, any worn or damaged parts are replaced, paint finish machines are repainted and equipment is reassembled and tested under working conditions. Machinery is supplied with a 6 months Parts and Labour warranty.

Remanufactured equipment is stripped down to its individual component parts, thoroughly cleaned, fully tested, all wear parts are replaced, any damaged parts are replaced, new belts are fitted if applicable, paint finish machines are repainted, electrical systems are reconfigured and machines are reassembled and tested under working conditions. 
Machinery is supplied with a 12 months Parts and Labour warranty.

Ex-Demonstration equipment has been used either in our test bakery, at exhibitions or for product trials with customers.  Typically only a few months old and only used for a matter of hours, there may be cosmetic marks. Machinery is supplied with our standard New Equipment warranty.

Ex-Display equipment has been removed from its packaging and been displayed in our test bakery, showroom, warehouse or at an exhibition. The equipment is brand new, unused and is supplied with our standard New Equipment Warranty.

New machinery is supplied with a 1 year warranty package, 12 months of both Parts and Labour cover.  Selected machinery, from certain manufacturers, is supplied with an additional 12 months Parts cover.
