Scales are essential within any bakery for both ingredients weighing as well as hand scaling. Balance Scales are relied upon day in / day out to be accurate as well as easy to use.

The classic designed Weylux models are still the most commonly seen and somewhat of an industry standard, across the industry and we offer two models to suit various levels of production.

The Queen models, which are lighter duty and more suited to less demanding applications, have a maximum capacity of 2kg (4lb) with accuracy of 5g (1/4oz). 

For heavy use, the 70NT model are robust and reliable to ensure precision when used continually with dough during the scaling process. The scales have a maximum capacity of 11kg (28lb) with accuracy of 5g (1/4oz).
