Baking trays are an essential item for all levels of bakery production and our 2mm aluminium sheets offer a high quality, multi-purpose use. They are durable and will not soften when used continually at high temperatures therefore ensuring longevity and reliability. Non-stick coatings are available as an option, however the aluminium offers an effective surface as it is for baking various products due to its effective conduction of heat performance.
Trays are available with 3, 4 or no sides and in three sizes 762mm x 457mm, 736mm x 457mm and 400mm x 600mm.
