RAM's hydraulic dough pastry blocking presses are suitable for pastry, butter and other doughs, the machines work standalone and can aid many types of production by blocking out dough ready for further processing, such as sheeting and lamination.
Available with Semi-Automatic or Automatic controls, the machines feature a large 23kg capacity with the pressing chamber being over 400 x 500 mm in size and 140mm deep.
The machines are of a robust and quality build that you’d expect from an Italian-built product, as well as being competitively priced.
They are available in the standard grey paint finish or optional stainless steel casing.
