Another Happy Customer

This week saw the installation of a beautiful mini Logiudice Forni steam tube oven at Loafer Bread, Melbourne. We were able to assist Andrea and her team who have been looking for an artisan steam tube oven to squeeze into their premises. The Logiudice range includes smaller models that perfectly fit the bill. You can see from Andrea’s face that it’s big smiles all round as she bakes her first batch of bread in the new oven!
