New Business Start Up Support

Here at Brook we have had great pride in seeing the Bakery trade have somewhat of a renaissance in the last 5 years or so and have enjoyed seeing it become the new ‘Rock n’ Roll’ of food production as producing artisan breads and cakes has become so popular. As well as ‘bakery’ being such a hot topic for TV shows etc we’ve seen a steady increase in new start business emerging and looking to get a slice of the pie, so to speak. Here at Brook Food we have always served new and smaller bakeries as much as wholesale and industrial plants and enjoy getting involved in the early stages of new concepts from product advice and development to equipment supply. We’ve seen a huge number of companies grow over the years since their humble beginnings and have helped them increase their production by part exchanging equipment as and when it’s required and we get a huge sense of satisfaction seeing such successes. We understand the constraints our clients have when opening a new business and can help with equipment to suit various budgets, we also offer in-house finance options and payment plans. We also understand that it’s sometimes a learning curve when entering the Bakery trade and we are happy to explain various types of machinery, the benefits and pitfalls and to offer a hands on approach to researching and purchasing kit.
